Connie and Ed work on removing the hatch behind the driver's area.

    With the final primer applied on the left hand door, it will be re-hung on the Futurliner for painting. 

Ed uses his high lift truck to move the door.
Ed slowly moves the door into position for re-attachment.

The door is secured and will be repainted.
The right hand door was also rehung.

There is still a slight bow in the door. This has been corrected.
    When the Futurliner is on display the lower 16' doors will be supported by stanchions. We discovered one base remaining from the original stanchions. Dick had eight additional bases cast so that we would have enough to use when we take the Futurliner to a show. Al today took these newly cast bases home to drill out the center hole and then tap this hole.

Cart has an axle failure.
Don works on a panel for the cockpit.
